Temporary loading problems with our website - 19 Oct 2007

As you might have noticed, parts of our site have gone a little haywire since yesterday. We were hoping for a quick solution but it looks to be a bit more involved. Right now the main problem is that our navigational links are not consistently pulling the right products.

Please be patient with us and we do apologize for the inconvenience. We're working with the administrators of the faulty server.

This weekend we made the final switch in our shops to our new updated design! Aside from being a little bit clearer and more readable, our new look also has some new stuff underneath, including a move to the XHTML standard and a new shopping cart back-end.

USA sale ends tonight, and some info about USA product changes

Hi everyone! The USA free shipping sale ends tonight so be sure to get in on it before it's too late! And gifts ordered today with free shipping will still reach destinations by Valentine's Day, as well.

A few quick notes about some changes to our USA product selection:

Our main vendor for mugs and coasters has decided to discontinue carrying these... which leaves us currently searching for another vendor. Yes, there are plenty of people who offer mugs, but our issue isn't just about price, it's about service. We are very, very picky about who we partner with for our printing because we want to avoid any situation that leads to either a poor quality product or reliability issues for the customer. So we'll be out of stock on the mugs for probably a few more weeks while we look into the alternatives.

The good news, however, is that we have now added 2 1/4" buttons to our main selection (click here to view), and these are also available for customization. The buttons are 5 for $5.99, and if you place an order that is only buttons, the shipping charges are reduced.

We are making some decisions in the next few weeks about what types of products to add and what to focus on for our next expansion, so do drop by and give us your opinion on our quick poll (click here) to help us provide what you would like to see available!
